Manufacturing Precision Parts with Swiss Automatic Lathe.

Established in November 1999, VF Decolletage, Ltd. is the first company in Vietnam in the supporting industry which specialize in manufacturing high-precision components with Swiss Automatic Lathe and Swiss CNC Machines. We are capable of producing products with diameter from 0.5mm to 32mm and tolerances up to 1 / 1000mm.

Our products are used in automotive, motorbike, plastic injection, couplings in electrical, electronics, telecommunications, products in fishing rods, mini vent plug ... and small products that require high level of precision.

We have a skilled workforce of technically competent machinists who develop resourceful strategies for turning parts constructed from almost any type of metal, including hardened tool steels. They are equally proficient with plastic materials such as nylon and PTFE. We operate according to lean manufacturing principles to ensure the most efficient use of our resources, and through our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system, we foster a culture of quality with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
